Kris was incredibly knowledgeable and very kind. Within five minutes of being in the store I had tried four pairs of shoes on, finding the winner. She even taught me how to lace my shoes more effectively! I left feeling entirely impressed by the experience and her level of passion.
I sent my girlfriend to pick up some last minute marathon supplies. A male staff there said to her something along the lines of “you don’t know what you’re buying” in a rude/ unhelpful way.
Really appreciate the knowledgeable staff.
I'm a new runner (who was very scared to go into a running store) and went in to get some shoe advice and the woman working was so incredibly helpful and judgement free. She had me try on so many shoes to make sure I found a pair that was perfect for me and my budget. Will most definitely be coming back for all my future running gear :)
