I had an amazing experience at Running Room! I work on concrete floors all day, have a running injury, and need stable, supportive shoes, so finding the right pair isn't easy. Artela was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my needs. She recommended the Brooks Glycerin 23 along with the right insoles for my other shoes, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. I bought shoes this morning, and I would give this store ten stars if I could. The lady who helped me (I didn't get her name) was knowledgeable, attentive, and patient. I explained that even though I was shopping for running shoes, I needed them for walking since my arthritis now makes running impossible.
