Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me pick out a good pair of running shoes, brooks adrenaline gt 23, been in them about a year.
The owner refused to return my unworn shoes that I bought online because "he wouldn't make a sale on them" . Clearly against a direct company policy stated online. Rude/poor customer service.
