Kim Buck is a WIZARD. She had the item I was looking for in my hand before the description was more than halfway out of my mouth. This was after a YEAR of unsuccessfully hunting at home in Greater Vancouver for it.
I pop in every few weeks to stock up on gels, today the older lady who absolutely hates her job just couldn’t even stand me when I asked to try on a pair of shoes. I was in line to pay for my stuff FIRST (a few gels) she decided to not even acknowledge me and serve the other person behind me instead, honestly I hate supporting this store because of her rudeness, why work there if you hate your job so much??? Other sales person was great (younger guy)
Lynn was so helpful and knowledgeable. She had many options for me to try, did not make me feel rushed and asked me all the questions needed to make an informed decision for myself. I am so beyond impressed with her and my experience I cannot recommend this location and Lynn enough! Great job Lynn Thank you for helping me navigate an anxious experience as a new runner with joy and excitement!!
