Some of the saleswomen were excellent! The shoes were great! BUT be careful not to run into the one saleswoman who doesn't like her job. Her condescending attitude is totally unpleasant. Too bad, because I really liked everything else.
Went in today looking for a pair of sneakers for work as I work long shifts and my current shoes are just not cutting it. She asked me a few questions and asked me to walk without my boots so she can see my gait. Anyway, this lady is a perfect fit finder. The first pair ended up being perfect for me, and she did bring a few more pairs out so I have something to compare. Best experience, will be back again.
Great selection, best shoes I’ve ever purchased
I was given excellent service by Catherine in choosing a pair of sneakers. She was very patient and met all of my specific needs in finding the right shoes. All staff in store were very friendly.
I had the most excellent service at the Running Room! I was getting back into running after 5 years and used to always buy my shoes at big box stores like Nike. At the running room in Moncton, they asked me my running goals, what terrain I trained on , and examined my gait. She gave me a few suggestions based on that and I must say I found the most comfortable pair of running shoes I’ve ever worn!
