I’m aghast…. Today I purchased 8 Gu Energy Gels for a long distance hike. Cost - $28.82 plus tax. I searched online at Gu. For 8 gels - 16.00. You are gouging your customers. I’ll not be back. I understand a profit is necessary for business to survive but this is terrible. 12.82 more. Now you probably are aware as to why shopping on line is more advantageous 🤯

If you're hosting groups runs, please educate participants that they do not own the entirety of the Confederation Trail. Running 5 or 6 abreast and blocking both sides of the trail is so rude and disrespectful. Last night's group run nearly push me off the trail entirely. Not even the smallest attempt to share the trail. I asked some of the more responsible runners in the group and was informed the run was hosted by this business.
