I had a really disappointing experience at Running Point on Wednesday, July 2nd near 8pm. A girl working there, wearing a white hoodie, responded with a lot of attitude when I politely greeted her and asked about something specific. Instead of helping, she just said “check online” and dismissed me. That’s extremely unprofessional. I left feeling disrespected and I’m definitely not going back. I’ll also be letting my friends know to avoid this place.
Avoid this store!!!! First time going to a running room. Terrible experience!!!. I felt the lady with the short red hair was rude and was not helpful. I wish places like this would understand their not just in the business to help returning customers but to help advise and direct brand new customers! We went there today to see if we can find shoes that help me with my flat feet. The staff was very helpful in recommending various shoes that can help me for everyday wear and hiking. They took their time and did not pressure us to purchase anything. Really appreciate your service and help guys!
Got headphones from the website and had set it for pick up at this location. Upon arriving, a gentleman was helping me out but then a lady with glasses and short hair barged in and told me I shouldn't have bought it online and should have purchased directly from their the store. I am assuming now because staff get commission, is why she probably said this lol. No hello, no politeness, just stormed in to tell me that lol. Better to go to other locations than this one.
