I have a difficult time finding shoes that provide the support I need for my very active lifestyle, especially given some ongoing foot issues. The store has a good selections but the service can really use some improvement. The staff was rude, unattentive and there was no customer service. The store was unorganized and can use some tidy up. I went there with my husband and had to make an eye contact to get help from a young girl who had no interest in working. I was checking the sole to see which - between 2 pairs we were interested - was softer and an older short hair lady came and rudely told me that was not how to check. I was not impressed. The red-haired employee was extremely rude and unhelpful. She didn't greet us or make any effort to assist. The other employee also seemed uninterested in helping and simply told us to try Sport Chek or other stores because they didn't have our size. Neither employee attempted to check if the item could be ordered online, look up availability at other locations, or suggest any alternatives. Overall, it was a very disappointing customer service experience. Terrible!
