I've never posted a bad review in my life, but the older red haired lady at your crossiron mills location could not have been less interested in her job. We were the only ones in the store and she couldn't even help show us shoes. This has never happened at any other running room where we purchase a few pairs yearly. We left and purchased 4 pairs of runners from stores that know how to treat customers. We actually mentioned how bad the service was at those other stores and they said they hear that all the time. Have always had great service at the Crossiron store. I have hard-to-fit feet and I need a wide toe box. I was recommended a Topo. I had never heard of them, but what a great find! It's the absolute perfect shoe for my foot. These guys know their stuff!
Sent an email to customer service and they closed the service ticket without addressing any issues. Here is what I sent: While visiting the Cross Iron location in Calgary this weekend one of the associates was very rude and unhelpful. Went in to return an online order. I thought it would take 5 mins MAX. Why did it take 20 mins to process a return? And why did I have to email them my invoice when they can just write down the order number? The lady was very rude about it. I've never had a bad experience with a return before. I guess there's a first for everything. First and last time with running room. Left a bad taste in my mouth for this company
Came in, there was three employees chatting away. One of them looked over didnt even acknowledge us and then went to the back. We turned to leave and thats when one of them asked if we needed help. By that time I was no longer interested in shopping here. Horrible service.
