I recommend training your employees to improve customer service. It seems like I was not respected as a customer walking in.
No disrespect or hate for anyone, but imagine buying a $200 dollar shoe and requesting an e-receipt to submit for reimbursement and getting told by the staff that “take a picture of physical receipt and email it to yourself”.
I went there a handful of times. One thing that remains consistent is the terrible customer service there. Also, the store is poorly setup for testing running shoes.
Debbie Rose Paron is just a gem! She was amazingly helpful in every way-Friendly and courteous! Knew everything about the size and functionality of all the running shoes we were looking for. Thamk you Debbie!
