Picked up Oofos slippers from Running Room—was handed them with no box, no bag, nothing. Just raw footwear in hand. Staff showed zero concern or professionalism. This is not how a retail store should treat paying customers. Do better.
I am writing to formally express my disappointment and concern regarding an experience I had at your CrossIron Mills location in Alberta on the evening of July 24, 2025. I visited the store with my daughter with the full intention of investing in two pairs of Hoka shoes, one for work and one for long distance walking. I had a really disappointing experience at Running Point on Wednesday, July 2nd near 8pm. A girl working there, wearing a white hoodie, responded with a lot of attitude when I politely greeted her and asked about something specific. Instead of helping, she just said “check online” and dismissed me. That’s extremely unprofessional. I left feeling disrespected and I’m definitely not going back. I’ll also be letting my friends know to avoid this place.
Avoid this store!!!! First time going to a running room. Terrible experience!!!. I felt the lady with the short red hair was rude and was not helpful. I wish places like this would understand their not just in the business to help returning customers but to help advise and direct brand new customers!
