I visited Running Room on a friend’s recommendation and had a great experience. There was a guy at the store who was really kind and helpful—he did a foot analysis and explained the difference between stability and neutral shoes. He suggested a pair that fits perfectly and feels incredibly comfortable. No more issues like I had with my old shoes. I highly recommend this place to anyone dealing with foot problems or unsure about what shoes to buy.
Worst experience ever at a shoe store. Staff that where to busy chatting to help then when I finally asked for help the woman was rude would not even measure my feet or listen to what I needed she took less than 30 seconds in the back to come back and say sorry we have nothing in your size you have to go somewhere else. Customer service was terrible would never recommend this location.
Abysmal experience….. I walked in, barely greeted with a ‘hi’ - ok….. I start looking around, for several minutes, no help or assistance-ok ….. I locate what I’m looking for , ask for my size….. try a shoe on- no ‘how do they feel, do you have any questions or concerns?’ ——— THIS IS THE RUNNING ROOM!!!!!!!!! I'd visited this store expecting staff who’d be passionate about running and have the know-how to help me find the perfect footwear. The gal who helped me was super friendly, but, bless her heart, she had about as much training in footwear as a fish dumped into an Olympic pool. I told her, directly, I needed stability runners.
