First time going to the running room because I am just getting into running and I had an amazing experience. Worker named Grace was awesome and set me up with the perfect pair of shoes for me. Grace was able to make my experience 10/10

Super helpful, friendly and knew what they were talking about. had a good selection of shoes and got what I wanted. I returned one pair because it was sent exactly what I thought it would be and they helped me in a quick and nice way and helped me fine a better shoe. Would definitely recommend coming here.

Walked in today, despite the online reviews. A friend had recommend trying the running room again. I had a good quick chat with Mike, and with his recommendations for other shoes to try over the ones I currently have, I was pleased to walk out with another set(of my current running shoes). Mike seems to have a grasp of running, knowledge of their products and someone willing to encourage growth within the staff. I wish them luck going forward and I’ll be back in for a pair down the road!

I visited the Running Room store in Regina on Boxing Day around 4–4:30 PM and had a horrible experience. On one of the busiest shopping days of the year, there was only one boy working on the floor, which is very poor management. The store was extremely busy, and I waited almost 30 minutes before getting help. The boy was very sweet and did his best—this is not his fault at all—but expecting one person to handle an entire store on a major holiday is unacceptable. This store keeps lowering my expectations. Very disappointing.
