I've been in a few times now. Every time the employees were helpful. When I bought a bunch of gels the lady gave me a free one that had just expired, that was nice of her. I bought a pair of shoes today and the young man was doing a great job helping 3 customers at once, and he didn't complain when I asked to try on 4 different sizes/widths of the same shoe. Good work!
Honestly one star is generous for the Red Deer location. I visted this store 2 months ago and the young man stood behind the till and never spoke to me. I really needed some comfortable shoes after an injury. I asked him some questions and he was dissmissive and made me feel unwelcomed. Then another customer came in and he treated them equally rude, dismissive and unwelcomed. The customer service here is absolutely terrible. They sat behind the counter and did nothing. No asking of we needed any help. We had to ask for sizes and styles. There was no help. Just asked visa or debit.
Good selection and very helpful staff
