I've shopped at Running Room before and there's always someone that is very experienced, who measures your feet, asks questions, then watching your walk. After they recommended the right shoe for you. Also not that many choices available, unfortunately the store is so small.

The man working the till- pretty sure he was the manager is a jerk. Zero customer service skills. Rude. Girl working was somewhat helpful asked what I was looking for then had her manager answer (he had to look at a sheet) to answer my concerns. Was given shoes then wasn’t even bothered with again. I was the only one in the store. Awful. Went to the running room for the knowledge they are supposed to possess when buying running shoes.

Been here earlier and staffs seems to busy talking to each other , there's no customer when we came in.

I’ve bought a couple of pairs of shoes here over the past year—each averaging around $200. But the same guy or whatever gender he identifies as seems to not care about customer service. I was really happy with the products, which is why I came back to buy again, but this time there was no help whatsoever. While I was browsing, he just kept talking to his coworker.
