Bit of a hit or miss it seems. I’ve had great experiences in the past. And I didn’t have an awful experience today but not great either. When I first came in the guy helping me asked a few questions, made some recommendations and grabbed my sizes when I asked but that was sort of it. I’m used to them doing a bit more of an assessment. I’m just getting back into running after a bit of a hiatus so maybe I expected more due to past experiences. The guy that was working there was a complete jerk. I will never go back there and I buy a lot of shoes.
Tried to shop local but the customer service just wasn’t there. The man that was at the till couldn’t be bothered. When we asked, he brought 1 pair of shoes, didn’t check colour, set them on the bench and walked away…never checked in, never offered to size, check gate, offer guidance/advice, NOTHING, just continued behind the counter. Customer service like this makes me wonder how the store stays open. If I didn’t need help, I could order online and save myself the trip!
