I found they don’t have sizes especially with sale items which was disappointing, however the upside was you could order online and hopefully get your size. A smaller business so often you’ll have to wait if there are several customers in the store being helped. Also being closed on a Monday is not good for customers and some of the other staff were not as knowledgeable and helpful. The owner seems to want to sell you the most expensive runner when you walk in the store twice that I’ve been there.

Very helpful staff! High quality shoes. Limited selection to only premium models from each brand. Would like to see a bit more selection.

After getting newly prescribed orthotics I travelled from Comox to find a suitable running shoe at this store. Florie spent considerable time in an attempt to accommodate my wide foot. I bought a pair that seemed to work. After a week of inside and outside wear, my feet were in pain. I returned to Florie. She brought out many, many possible shoes. In the end Florie ordered a pair on line. A week later I returned to try on the new shoe. It was wider but did not work with my new orthotic. Florie refunded the cost of the runner... read more

Been here twice in the last year and every time I come the staff has been helpful and very informative. Really happy with my purchases and service I receive at this location.
