Terrible experience... My husband ordered me the wrong colour and size of Hoka sandals for Christmas (he tried his best) so on New Years Eve I drove to Bedford to exchange, I was greeted by a lovely lady who was extremely busy as she was the only one working with 10+ customers in the store, yet she still took care of me with kindness and ordered my exchange to my house. John is very friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to not only measure my husband’s feet but also checked his gait/stance and made sure he was comfortable in the runners he found for him. Highly recommend going to this location!
I found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. They were able to satisfy my requirements after I explained my needs and they suggested a different type of sneaker than I originally requested. The one they suggested was not in stock so they checked their inventory and found a pair at a different location.
I was in to receive advice last week to exploring (long overdue) replacement of my running shoes. I have always purchased a New Balance (wide feet with high arches and orthotics) but haven't been able to find the same shoe fit for a few years now. John took the time to understand my shoe needs, asking lots of questions and sought solutions. We tried several shoes and sizes. Today I went into the Bedford Running Room for the first time. I was greeted by Jodie who quickly went into action to help me find the best Hoka walking shoe. I have extremely difficult feet to find shoes for with many issues. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and we went through a few shoes before we found the perfect fit!!! This place will be the first choice when I need shoes in the future. Thank you so much Jodie.
