I’m only sad I’m not local to come here in person often. I ordered a pair of shoes online for a great price and they shipped faster than you’d expect any small business to ship, and included a handwritten thank you. Will definitely stop in person next time I’m in the area.
This was my second time at Running Niche and both experiences have been top flight. The most recent time, I got help from Riley who knew just about everything there is to know about running and body mechanics, which really helped me buy with the utmost confidence! He spent a lot of time talking through different shoes with me and I ultimately left with a pair I absolutely love at a fair price.
My husband got incredibly great service from Bob, Jennifer, and McKenna. There was absolutely no pressure to buy the most expensive options but instead the time was taken to make sure they ended up in the right pair for them. It was such a wholesome experience and they have a weekly running club that sounds like a great time. We will be back and send our friends in for the personalized and supportive experience of shopping at Running Niche.
Walked in with the intention of buying some new running shoes, and wow, was blown away by the service and attention to detail the team at Running Niche provided. They watched me walk and analyzed my stride before recommending not one but several different shoe options.
