I drove 30 mins to running Excels in Frankfort. Found out they were close for remodel. Confused on why they did not leave info that they were closed on there website or on google store hours.
Helped my folks out a ton. Analyze your gait and make recommendations to keep your posture whilst running as good as possible. Very helpful and friendly staff that you can tell have a passion for what they do.
Fantastic resource. Did a thorough, personal job fitting my shoes. Plenty of selection. No more need to drive to Chicago or Naperville for an expert fitting. Right on Old Plank trail in downtown Frankfort.
