I absolutely love this place! Every time I go there it's 100% the best service! Everyone that works there knows their products they are helpful, pleasant, and treat you like you're the only one in the store even if they are helping other people. Okay, this place actually has GOOD quality shoes. We have bought zeros and Altras from REI and had multiple issues with the shoes being different sizes and shipped shoes that were obviously used shoes as new. We thought we were losing our minds after returning 10 shoes between three people. Here we tried on what he bought at REI. The quality was very clearly different! The prices were reasonable, and the service was impeccable. I found the right running shoe for me, and it has a great policy: if the shoe isn't quite right for you, you can exchange it.
The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful! I came in needing a new pair of running shoes and within a few minutes their staff had me trying on 3-4 pairs across various brands, both ones I had shown interest in as well as a few of their own recommendations. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a decision, and was even encouraged to walk on the treadmill to see how the shoes felt while on the move.
