We were just walking from store to store while waiting for our restaurant reservation and decided to stop in, and I’m so glad we did! The staff was extremely friendly, and we worked primarily with Chaz. He was incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. We didn’t realize we had stopped in around closing time, and Chaz never even mentioned it until we asked what time they closed. They stole over $200 of my money! They "had a glitch" that "caused them to lose all store credit" nationally. I lost over $200 in store credit. If they cared, they'd try to fix it, but of course their "glitch" was intentional to erase their old credit policy that allowed it to be saved indefinitely. These criminals will NEVER get my business or the business of anyone I know again. Period. Happy to "shop" here and go buy at another store, though. Since they stole my money, I'll waste theirs!
Been coming here off and on for a few years and it’s always one of my favorite stores never a bad experience and they always have the size I’m looking for and with wide shoes being hard to find at most places they never disappoint at Runners Plus. Also the gentleman working there today was a great help and a shout out to him!!
