I went into the store today intending to purchase two pairs of shoes and inserts. I had a pretty good idea of what I was looking for, but I was also open to some knowledgeable guidance and assistance. I actually appreciate being able to shop without being constantly approached by someone asking if I need help. Had a great experience at Runner's HI. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop without feeling cluttered. Jeff and Ellie were fantastic. They took the time to help both me and my buddy, explain the differences between the shoes, and talk through race nutrition and what would work best for our training. Ellie was especially patient, bringing out multiple shoes and sizes so I could compare the fit and figure out what felt best. I visited The Runner's Hawaii and had a solid experience. The shoe selection was smaller, but the service was excellent. The associate was knowledgeable and helped narrow down what worked best for me. They even have a treadmill to test out the shoes for running. Plus, they offer a military discount. Definitely worth checking out.

Nice and helpful staff. Lots of merchandise to choose from. Focus is road running.
