Best shoe shopping experience i've ever had and may even have been the best shopping experience in general. I'm just getting into running and I purchased the wrong shoes earlier this year and Rachel sat down with me and we tried on multiple shoes until we found the right one. I've only had the new pair for 2 weeks now but I'm very pleased with them and I will only be buying shoes from the Runners Forum going forward.

I had the pleasure of working with Jim. I came in to get a gait analysis as I have started to experience some pain in my foot after recent runs. At first, I was looking around for a gait analysis machine which I had done previously at another store, but there was no machine. Jim actually took the time to give an actual assessment, where I was able to ask questions and learn some helpful running tips.
