I am a beginner runner and doing my first 5k in June. I have never had a proper pair of runners and the Runners Den did not disappoint in my search for my first pair. The staff was welcoming, had patience and encouraged me to try different brands to find what worked best for me. Had my first run in my new shoes yesterday and could not be happier! Thank you again!
Amazing experience today at Runners Den! Unfortunately, I do not remember the girls name that helped me… but she was extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient! I will definitely be back!

I really appreciated the help I got in choosing what pair was best for me. I immensely appreciated the patient and friendly service I received despite arriving at closing time fully expecting to be sent away! I kept them 20 minutes past closing time and never at any second did our interaction feel rushed. I consistently received expert opinions that took all my nuances into consideration.
