I had heard excellent things about Runner's Den and it did not dissapoint. The team was extremely helpful; presentintg me with all sorts of reasonable options based on my running style and pace. I will be going back.
I am sold on this store for my speed walking footwear. They are knowledgeable but they are not pushy at all. IMO they have a great selection. Giving Runners Den a five star rating was easy!
Very disappointing experience. I came in expecting a professional shoe store, but the atmosphere was unpleasant. One person was sitting in the store talking loudly and nonstop with the staff, and there was a very strong smell of cannabis. I didn’t feel comfortable staying, so I left without buying anything. Definitely not the shopping experience I expected.
Great service; they know their stuff!
Received excellent customer service from Caleb . He was very helpful and patient with my dithering.
