Always a top notch experience. Staff is great and well educated and the quality of products is exceptional.
Good customer service :) I felt like I was being courted for marriage or something in a way that didn't have a pushy car salesman vibe. But maybe thats just me not being used to having someone put my shoes on for me.

I wanted to give a shout out to Kristine in the Saginaw location. My husband and I came in looking to purchase new running shoes. My husband had some very specific concerns with getting the proper shoe width and something with high arch support. Mind you we didn't come at the most optune time, and we needed someone who would take their time helping us. Thank God for Kristine! Not only was she very patient with us, but so knowledgeable too.
