Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Great selection of shoes.
We went in looking for a good pair of running shoes for our daughter. They treated us so kindly, while they scanned her feet and properly fit her into the corrective insoles with the most comfortable shoe for her. She was able to walk/jog in them to see which pair was the most comfortable. Overall, the experience was great. They take great care of you by offering discounts for veterans and students as well. Runner’s Alley is an extraordinary find. I have a wide mid-fore foot, and it has been nearly impossible for me to find truly comfortable running shoes. I would not have been able to even describe it without having shopped at this store. This was my best shoe buying experience ever. They took the time to find me the right shoe. They clearly are very knowledgeable but still listened and I never felt pressured or rushed.
