Terrible experience, salesman inattentive tried to upsell me dishonest ,judgemental then they opps forgot to oder my running shoes but had no problem charging my credit card ,do not go there horrible.
I came in looking to try on Hokas and what I got was an entirely customized experience. I am going on a long trip where I will be walking all day every day and needed shoes that could stand up to the task. The store was extremely busy with back to school shoppers but the staff acknowledged me right away and gave me a realistic wait time. I was happy to wait and glad I did! I went in recently to purchase my 3rd pair of shoes in the Concord store. Previous visits have been very positive. I injured myself 2 years ago and am still dealing with foot/ankle injuries.
