3 hour wait for pickup! I was at Newark the driver was at LaGuardia. Took over an hour for the driver to realize he was at the wrong airport.
Overall terrible experience driver was 15 min late for pick up. Then decided to drive 79(as per owners gps report, which is a 50mph zone) over storm king mountain. Then kept speeding on the palisades parkway until I had to say something to him. His response was he was just keeping up with traffic and that he is the best driver out there and we were in good hands. Terrible service. They picked me up 2 hours late and then realized after driving me 30 minutes from the airport that they forgot about picking someone else up. They offered to pay my $113 Uber home so I wouldn’t have to go back to the airport and pick other people up. Never got my money back. The owner Kevin has been promising to pay me for the Uber but has not and has been giving me the run around. Don’t use this company they will not do right by you and they may just take your money and not pick you up.
This company, and the owner Kevin are a NIGHTMARE! After calling them on June 16th 2022 (and paying at that time in advance for service), for a June 18th airport pickup and return July 12th...they didn't show. Okay, things happen. I drove myself. Worst experience. We gave our flight info before leaving. Paid round trip up front. Upon arrival they screwed up our flight information and driver was there before our flight landed. They wanted to recharge us for a driver to return, for there error, and i was a repeat customer.The basically left us stranded at the airport. Will never use them again!!!!! Terrible keep away. Uber was cheaper too
