This was my 1st appointment with Sam. He tested my hearing and explained everything he was doing very well. He discussed my hearing loss and options and seemed honest as what expect with hearing aids and what type of hearing aid would be most beneficial for me. I was satisfied with my first appointment with Sam.
No Problems, I believe I previously set you my review. All I did was drop off my hearing Aids to be checked why the left one quit operating and charging wasn't indicated by the chargers indicator light. I have no photos on this case to add. Hi visited mister Runde at his office in prairie du chien wisconsin where he replaced my wax filter in my 2 hearing
I've had hearing aids for 3 years now. I recently had 1 hearing aid stop working. Sam Runde is replacing both hearing aids. Sam also connected my hearing aids to my phone which has been very helpful. I am very satisfied.
Very satisfactory assistance and knowledge. Enjoyed his help and training.
