Jamie is a fantastic coach and an even better bloke. His training schedules were very accommodating around my abnormal working roster. The training blocks were detailed and every session had its purpose. The strength component of Jamie’s programs are a secret weapon, which built me a strong foundation to tackle 100 miles. He’s patient but also not afraid to give a little kick up the bum if it’s needed. I can’t wait to work with Jamie in the future for another big race.
