I was fortunate enough to find Jamie at Run Vault as I am wanting to get back into running after many years. Jamie gave me so much information and was able to critique my running with things that I could implement right away to improve on without overwhelming me. I didn’t expect to gain so much out of just one session. I would definitely recommend Jamie to anyone who would like to improve their running skills.
Class service from Jamie, friendly atmosphere and everything you need in the store as a runner , excellent range off shoes!
