I’ve strictly bought my shoes from here for the last 4-5 years simply because of the staff. Today, I brought my family in to get a new pair, Bryan helped me out again this time and was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and interacted with my active 4 year old daughter more than he did with me (in a great way!). Even threw in a nice Father’s Day gift! Customer service is always a 100/10. Customers for life!
The lady was very patience in answering our questions and try to help us find the shoe that fit Best. Very good customer service will sure go back.
Best athletics store on earth
The service by the “other Brian” (sp) was impeccable. I came in for one pair of shoes for myself and ended up with four pairs for my family. The care he took in listening to our different needs in finding shoes was unheard of. We each tried on at least four pairs of shoes just to find “the one” suited for each of our feet. I have never had this experience before in any shoe store let alone an athletic shoe store. Kudos to this team
I can’t even imagine getting any better service. Super knowledgeable team. So patient. For sure the gold standard for service. Paid less for my shoes than the big box store down the road. I’m now a customer for life.
