I had heard great things about this store and was so excited to get fitted and replace my old worn out running shoes. I was so disappointed in the experience. It was unwelcoming, rude and unhelpful. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I have had a great experience at Run In every time. Specifically, Jaime is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! Jaime helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for an upcoming race and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I bought my shoes that I ran the Chicago Marathon in from here! Incredible!! It's so hard to pick good shoes for my exact feet type. I finally decided it was worth it to maybe pay more and be professionally fitted. Not only was I shocked at the pricing, in a GOOD way, but I was helped patiently, professionally, and not made to feel annoying for asking about different shoes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone who needs help picking a walking or running shoe. I was apprehensive to come and will be a customer for life!!
