Amazing place. Can't recommend it enough. Got exactly what I was looking for which was some comfortable all around shoes to run and lift in. Super friendly, professional and patient staff also.
Super friendly and helpful staff. They helped us right away to figure out which shoes were the best ones for us and gave us a couple good options while explaining why these shoes would work. I'd never just go buy random running shoes because I know they really matter - skimping on the proper running shoes can mess with your body and the employees at Run In know that and have the knowledge and tools to help you choose the right one!
I had heard great things about this store and was so excited to get fitted and replace my old worn out running shoes. I was so disappointed in the experience. It was unwelcoming, rude and unhelpful. I walked in, and was greeted by no one. I wandered over to a section where a few people were putting up a display. I don’t know if they were vendors or employees. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I have had a great experience at Run In every time. Specifically, Jaime is very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! Jaime helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for an upcoming race and went above and beyond to make sure I had what I needed. I bought my shoes that I ran the Chicago Marathon in from here!
