I have been coming here for a while to get my running shoes. Recently I purchased a pair of tennis shoes from here, and they weren't the best shoe for me. I called the store to ask what my options were. They helped me find another shoe with no issues. This was an amazing experience for me. Shame on me for not writing a 5 Star review sooner! Best place to get running shoes!
Today we went to Run In to get new shoes and we were helped by Skylar. He was very knowledgeable about the shoes and respectful. I only want to be helped by him in the future he was awesome!
As a beginner runner, I visited multiple running stores in hopes to be guided and informed on everything I was unfamiliar about when it came to running shoes. This was the first store I visited where I truly felt like they took the time to analyze my foot, walk, and measurements & truly listen to my concerns. I felt truly lucky to have Bea as the staff member who helped me. She was so intentional, patient, kind, and knowledgeable throughout the whole process!
This is hands down the BEST running store in Greenville. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly, and care deeply about the running community here in the Upstate. They have helped me from racing my first 5k to now training for a a marathon!
Great customer service! Lots of help trying to find the right shoe for my needs! Love!
