Not a good experience... My wife and I are new to the area and are run enthusiasts. We had heard of this store and another in the area. After stopping by today this store was really disappointing. The staff was rude and couldn't care less to help us let alone greet us. They didn't have anything in stock and we ended up looking at each other wondering what we were doing here. Thumbs down.
Check them out. My wife Amy and I are avid runners and we buy all our gear: shoes, clothing even strollers from Greg at Run Chicago. Always have. Great staff, great inventory of quality gear. 5 stars easy. Gary Soumar
Expert Service I have been in a couple of times. It's a small store (recently moved) and they do not always have every size in every shoe. But they have consistently had very good ideas about what sorts of shoe to buy, and I have found them super-helpful.
