Really great experience! The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable to get me the right shoes for my feet and training needs.
I’m on my feet all day at work, so I knew I needed to get my feet measured and custom-fitted by the best of the best at FUSION Footwear because I deserve to (and need to!) take good care of my feet. Everyone there was so knowledgeable and kind! I felt listened to and well taken care of, and I left with the most comfortable pair of shoes I’ve ever owned (along with some new socks!)
This place had very shady customer service. When we said we wanted to try on some shoes, the employee told us we could do a foot scan for $10, so we declined. We then asked if we could simply try on shoes instead, and she said yes. And pulled a couple pairs. We each tried on two pairs. When we were finished, we were told we had to pay $10 per person just for trying on the shoes, a total of $20. At no point did anyone tell us there was a fee to try on shoes. Super friendly and helpful. I wasted my time at a chain store (same price point with 0 assistancd) and finaly came here. They analyzed my feet and gave 2 great recommendations and then proceeded to put up with my shenanigans as I tried to confirm the fit. I will definitely return here for shoes.
