Found the perfect shoes. The customer service was friendly and helpful.
I was slightly disappointed. I went in to get fitted, and recommendation since I am training for a half marathon (first time). I wasn’t really sure what direction to go with shoes to get. I got a recommendation, was handed the box to try them on and then not helped after the hand off. They have limited colors and options which was a negative and was told to just look on the shoe brands website. Next time, I’ll try a different place.
Great ski store, staff can get really busy if you're needing a fitting
So I was looking for foot analysis to help my dad find shoes for him. I just want to say, there was this one employee that helped us and had great customer service. He gave us multiple options and explained to the fullest. He recommended a few shoes based on the analysis, but unfortunately they were low on inventory for the ones that were recommended.
