Just started new service a month ago i still haven't received my trash bins. So far very ery displease. They said leave trash on the side of the road for them... do the animals can get into them

Did you see the viral video on social media of your garbage truck driver almost causing a severe car accident today in Fremont Ohio in the 2200 block of Buckland Avenue, the driver rudely honked the horn of the truck, when it was clearly the garbage truck driver on video that failed to yield the right of way. Get drivers who follow the laws or we will be using another provider for garbage.
Have been a customer of rumpke for around 5 years with several accounts. Service was pretty good at the beginning. Now it’s absolutely terrible. I have called 4 times over a span of 2 weeks trying to cancel my service and I can’t even get a call back. Terrible customer service.
The negative reviews speak for themselves. Bad customer service from this company. Some of the drivers were great. They recently skipped our home and others in our town with no notice.
