I was at my gmas house visiting. Kelly a Rumpke employee is her neighbor. She comes over Monday evenings and puts my gmas trash at the curb. Truly the best neighbor and customer service!
Neither the website nor their signs say they don't take yard waste. Just be aware. I got lectured over 4 tree limbs. Otherwise, the process was simple.

Went there to go dump some trash, turns out you can’t pay cash, now what kind of business would not accept cash? Well heard it straight from an employees mouth that it’s because it’s easier for them to keep track of money. How is it my problem that they have trouble keeping track of money? when I want to use there service and give them money, how can they dictate to me what form of currency I can or can not pay with especially cash. Terrible service! They picked my trash up 2 times in 4 months. Canceled my service and asked for a refund. They will not issue a refund until they pick up the trash can. It has been setting at the end of my driveway for 15 days waiting pickup!! I would not recommend EVER!! Go with Ava trash service. They are affordable, friendly, and consistent.
