Price gouging the heck out of their customers. Every time I get a bill it’s more expensive than the last. I went from paying 40$ for two months of service to 75$ in just a couple months time. It’s INSANE.
Their service has been awful. The have skipped me 4 times since the first of this year and several times in past years ,yet they bill for times missed. Their extra charge for fuel is outrageous. I can understand an extra charge but not that much. With everyone paying extra they are making a huge profit on that alone. They tried to tell me just now that l would have to pay a cancelation fee because I had signed an agreement. I live in Spencer, I called to get trash service since all my neighbors have rumpke. Before I called I asked my neighbors what they pay($32 every 3 months) so I could be prepared. When rumpke quoted me triple what my neighbors pay I was astonished($102 every 3 months). Mind you, our property is used for trash pick up, all my neighbors cans are on my property. Excellent customer service from Rumpke Bloomington and Kelly Anderson! I had received a replacement recycling bin that was not in good condition. Kelly had a new recycling bin swapped out for me within a business day. The prompt response was much appreciated!
