Obnoxious company...is in direct violation of huber heights noise ordinance picking up trash dumpsters at 5am in a residential district slamming them back down and waking us up every time...very rude and inconsiderate business...need to call city and file a complaint!
Same issue as other people.They asked me to put my dumpster in a spot .And then they throw my dumpster in the middle of the driveway , or on the other side of the drive way I do not approve of this unprofessional work ethic would be fired if it was me im off neff rd
They broke lids off 2 of my personal cans within a year and today just broke another brand new trash can. Called them today and there’s nothing they can do for personal trash cans. It’s at your own risk. I shouldn’t have to pay their yearly fee for theirs. Horrible service but nothing I can do about it. Not like we can pick the company!
Service has been impeccable during the 11 years we have lived here. Not one problem or disappointment in all those years. I cannot think of many other companies I could say that about!
