I've had Rumpke Solid Waste Removal for quite a few years now. They are always responsive to questions and they make sure to notify us if there are changes to the collection schedule. The best part of the company though are the folks that collect the solid waste and recycles from our home. They always arrive on their specified day and collect trash or recycles we put at the street. Definitely recommend them to others that need a solid waste removal company. Owner left their two cans so I told rumpke to pick them up while giving me one, they picked up only one and then proceeded to charge me for two despite me saying I wanted to only have and pay for 1. I dont want to support the corporate overlord that is waste management but apparently rumpke is just as scummy.
The family owed company that we used sold to Rumpke and it has been nothing but missed pickups since then. I call them and they say that someone will be out to collect but no one ever comes. Customer service is appalling both in the phone and via email.
Obnoxious company...is in direct violation of huber heights noise ordinance picking up trash dumpsters at 5am in a residential district slamming them back down and waking us up every time...very rude and inconsiderate business...need to call city and file a complaint!
Same issue as other people.They asked me to put my dumpster in a spot .And then they throw my dumpster in the middle of the driveway , or on the other side of the drive way I do not approve of this unprofessional work ethic would be fired if it was me im off neff rd
