I've been a customer with Rumpke for many years. Recently they informed me that they were switching to a truck with the robotic arm and that would limit what type of trash receptacles I could use. So I sent them a picture of my own rolling trash bins, which cost me just a few pennies under $200 each. I was informed that those would be fine. All went well for one week. Figured maybe if I wrote a review someone would actually contact me!! My car was backed into from one of their employees, a police report was made and every time I called insurance listed on the police report they tell me that isn’t their insurance but they have a 3rd party insurance and I get transferred to no where! I have called and called, I’ve left voicemails with my phone number, email, etc.. So if SOMEONE can contact me with the insurance so I can file this claim, I would greatly appreciated it!!!!

My account fell off of auto pay (my fault for getting a new card and forgetting to change it) and even though I paid it when I realized it 3 day before my scheduled service they dumped my neighbor and literally drove right by and they refused to preform the scheduled service even though I called less than 2 minutes after they drove past. I can’t wait to for my contract to be up so I can move somewhere with quality customer service.

I called to see how much service would be for 4 cans a week and was told oh they only 2 cans. I’ll be going with Best Way. Judging from the reviews it’s probably best.
