Way to pick up my trash. Only pick and choose what they pick up. Second week in a row. This is bullshit I pay you a service and I expect my trash to be picked up in full.

Refused to pick up. Was not permitted to talk to a manager. Still waiting on an email. Smh
It’s amazing how prices go up but service goes down even further. Missed a pick up this week. Customer service told me every single day they would send somebody out, never came…Now trash is overflowing. What are we paying for????
