Lazy workers that will skip picking up the trash can at residential areas, then lie about why it was not serviced. I spoke with four different supervisors and still did not get my trash picked up as they each claimed they would ensure. I waited another week, due to the laziness of their employees. As a resident paying for trash service, this is completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.

OTR-Guy at the scale is very rude. He won’t give you any instructions he can’t communicate Scale empty after loaded go back to scale type in the pin they provide you then it will print out a ticket / BOL WARNING : the machine will spit out the ticket so be prepared to catch it before it drops to the nasty ground full of trash lol.

Wanted to say thanks to the Rumpke driver that left one of my red containers in the middle of my driveway, which caused me to have to park down the street to move it, and my apologies for expecting them to pick up the 2 pieces of cardboard that were stacked in between the 2 red containers; Have a nice day.

Frequently deny bulk items meet critea and refuse pick up. There is zero follow up investigation about the item in question, to verify the customer is accurate.
