Wanted to say thanks to the Rumpke driver that left one of my red containers in the middle of my driveway, which caused me to have to park down the street to move it, and my apologies for expecting them to pick up the 2 pieces of cardboard that were stacked in between the 2 red containers; Have a nice day.

Frequently deny bulk items meet critea and refuse pick up. There is zero follow up investigation about the item in question, to verify the customer is accurate.

Was misquoted through email $50 for a washing machine pickup, had to pay $67, $2 of which is supposedly a processing fee for paying over the phone. Called customer service for a refund of at least the extra $15 I was charged and was told no, even though the misquote was their mistake. I actually called twice because I was let go with good phone signal while on hold once, and then halfway through a conversation with a supervisor where they were saying they could use the call for training purposes but otherwise couldn't help m... read more

Hopefully this is the correct Rumpke location, because this has been an absolute disaster. My trash hasn’t been picked up for two weeks straight. Not delayed, completely skipped. After the first week, I was promised it would be taken care of. That didn’t happen. Then it was missed again like it’s no big deal. I’ve now spoken to two different representatives and got two completely different explanations.
