Several times they have not emptied our dumpster. Trash over flows and they say its 48 hours until they can get someone there and blame you for not being able to empty the dumpster. You explain the issue to them that the trash is over flowing and they just do not care. Horrible company and if there was another service I could get, Id pay double to get rid of them!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this company like the plague. I honestly can't even believe how terrible our service was with this company. It's a bit of a story. I called a week or so before we were set to move to a new house and had service set up. The house we moved to already had two cans, so luckily I didn't have to wait for that. I'm told that trash pickup will start on the 14th of the month. The 14th comes and goes, no trash pickup. I think, "It's okay, they probably didn't have time to update the system." This company is an absolute fraud!! Never delivered the dumpster as promised, had excuse after excuse and have now charged my account two months running after promising they cancelled the account!!! I wish I never would have called them as they are now trying to charge me $90 a month and NEVER ACTUALLY SUPPLIED ME ANY SERVICES!!!!
