I don't know who this Charles Mueller, or whoever, is...but he's evidently a bot, or a disgruntled individual with a grudge! His 1 Star review is not only WRONG, it is absurd! I have been leased on to Ruma for 2 1/2 years, and it's great!!! I'd challenge anyone to find a place that takes a low % and leaves you to your own devices.
