I had a one-hour session with Christa and it was easily one of the best massages I’ve had. She focused on my shoulders, neck, back, and arms with a deep tissue approach that was intense but extremely effective—“therapeutically intense” is the best way to describe it. This was my first therapeutic massage and I thoroughly enjoyed it! I was having some continuous pain in my neck and shoulders, and Christa was able to alleviate both. The experience was very relaxing. So much so that I couldn’t believe it when the hour had passed! I already have my next session scheduled!
