Rukhsana was amazing to work with. She was extremely patient and helpful. While our search took a while and we were picky she was always there to support us and also guide us but was never pushy and we were never pressured to do anything that we did not feel comfortable with. We are very happy with the home we eventually found and we could not recommend her more!

Words cannot even bring to describe Rukhsana! She is such an amazing realtor. She was always available for calls, texting and for showings. Had an amazing experience, she was always willing to go above and beyond and made sure all my needs were met and exceeded all my expectations. She was always available to talk to and answered all questions. She is very professional and has a great deal of knowledge about the real estate market. Ruhksana is a great agent and went over and beyond in helping us look for a place for months and then eventually helped us find a good one, negotiated well with the landlords and sorted out everything that was unclear. She also always took us to Barrie and back to Vaughan as we did not have a car at the time. She is a professional and Working with her was amazing and I’d recommend her 100%
