I ordered a rug on 8-18-20 and rugsusa shipped by fedex. FedEx lost the rug (they say they delivered it to the wrong address) and are searching for it. Meanwhile I called rugsusa and got their canned response twice. They were unwilling to send a replacement and deal with fedex directly about the lost rug and, instead, are tying me up with the delivery that should have come six days ago. Rugs USA can not even tell me if my order has shipped. Order was to be delivered today.... FedEx has not received the item....all rugs USA customer service can do is look at their computer and say that “it shows it shipped”. This has happened on both orders with them. There will not be a third. Don’t waste your time.

returned a rug thru fed ex a month ago -still have not received a refund have called every other day and given same story to wait 48 hours-terrible customer service--refuse to get a supervisor on phone--do not order from these people

Never one to write reviews but it's been pretty awful dealing with RugsUSA. They do not return calls when they tell you they will and are very unrealiable. I ordered a rug and called several times to check the status, eventually they informed me the rug was out of stock (14 days later). Won't be shopping at Rugs USA anymore
