Shady business practices. I bought camp chairs from this company because their website said postage was free. After I paid, they suddenly tried to charge me an extra $100 for shipping. When I refused, they wouldn’t just honor the original price—instead, they tried to push me into either paying the extra or accepting a refund. This is classic bait-and-switch. A company with integrity would honor the price their website advertised, not hold your order hostage for more money. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.

Needed Bushwakka awning urgently, I called them first to see if they had it in stock before I purchased got the ok so pulled the trigger. Took the car to the fabricators, removed old conopy and had them build a new one. Waited a week or so no awning, called Rugged to be told no stock would be a couple of months or so. Was without car whole time, had to chase them for info rather than being kept updated, cost me a lot extra in time & fuel let alone being without the vehicle, asked for compo told no. Will not deal again.
