The store in Fox Valley Mall is closed indefinitely. And by the pile of what looked like collection letters on the floor probably won’t be reopening.
Ordered a pair of $100 pants before Christmas and have yet to arrive. I think the store closed and we lost that money. Anyone know of any location that is still open or a phone number?
went to the one in Fox valley mall to buy a pants I decided to return it in the Joliet Mall since it was closer to my house I go in and I ask for my money back and the girl said they didn’t do cash back and I was going back and forth with her for ten minutes and got no nowhere with her mind you I was talking betzabeth the “manger “ she kept waking away from me when I was talking to her that was so unprofessional and to add to it there was another girl with brown shirt giving me attitude (I didn’t get her name)they we’re cons... read more
Great customer service, awesome staff and they do not hound you while in the store. My wife picked a boot that was not in stock and we are not from the area. They offered to order them and deliver them to my house for free. That is first class service.
my wife and I went to the location in aurora illinois at fox valley mall and the employees followed us around the whole store and stayed within like 5 feet of us very creep and horrible thing to do so we turned around abd left
