This place is great. Ive had so many laptops but none can compete to this place. I would recommend it a thousand times over. Amazing warranty, amazing people and amazing top notch products. Couldn't be happier.
I ordered some accessories for a Panasonic Toughbook and someone from this business called me to tell me that I had ordered a docking station and a keyboard, and the docking station that I ordered would require the tablet to have the keyboard removed before it could be used, but they had one that would accept the tablet with the keyboard attached. They emailed me the link to product so I could look at it, and when I decided to go with that, they changed the product out in my order for no additional charge even though the dif... read more
I understand now why it is a 30 day warranty. After 3 months I started having issues starting connected to wifi. Now less than 5 months later I have to restart my system constantly to reconnect because it will not maintain connection. Not worth the money. Next time I'm buying new.

I got sent a defective laptop and was unable to troubleshoot the issue with support. I was told I could return it, but upon returning it I was not refunded the entire cost of the laptop. It feels like I got scammed. I sent a follow up email to them asking for a full refund. [Edit] They responded to me after a few weeks and agreed to give me a full refund for the laptop.
