I used this company and all I can say is if you want you be charged an exorbitant amount of money up front, have no follow up, send many unanswered emails, call and be spoken to rudely and never know if anything was ever done, this is the company for you!!!. To this day I have never heard what was done on my case.
I emailed twice over a 2 week period and tried to call and no one answers the phone. The voicemail says to email. I finally got ahold of the guy today and his excuse was that he was out of town for the past week. He said I needed to email him again. Does email disappear after a day? Unless you are a new client, he does not answer the phone. I will never use them again.
After we paid the initials fees, he charged us for extra work that was unnecessary and that we did not ask for, and then reacted unprofessionally and childishly when we tried to challenge the charges. I would recommend you try someone else first. edit: It's not inaccurate, I still have Ron's emails.
