Extremely rude and arogant. I would burn gas to go anywhere else.
Hard working bunch. A great locally owned business.
Attitude: I'm not sure I'd use this lumber store again if I didn't have to. Customer service? Try customer disservice if anything. When simple questions become to much for you to answer, maybe find a different profession. 1 star.
