The local branch in Rugby was a lovely experience and friendly since changing to a localised number I'm a little disappointed with the customer service when explaining something it comes across as abrupt and you feel you are not being listened to. Suggestion training to gain better listening skills and to be more customer-focused.

Never open, even closed on the days it says its open .....stress
Very friendly and efficient staff , I feel very comfortable in their office!
Very rude customer service, I phoned them to ask if someone could join them from Coventry and the lady on the phone was extremely rude I never see in my life , called on 24/03/2022 at 10.18 am and she just hand up and was very very rude OMG 😱 very very disappointed 😔
