I have 4 children that has attended Rufus e Payne elementary school now my last child is there and the new teachers are the worst 4 nine weeks they say he's doing great now he's been retain when I have spoke with the school staff and nothing is been done so now to the school board I go I hope they improve but these teachers the have have now are the worst mrs.killette you need to get with your teacher
This school is full of crap. They don't know how to handle children who come from other states n schools. They want to hurry up and classify them to get them out of there school. My child was attending this school for a year. He is now in a better school making honor roll grades. If you want your child to excel in there education Rufus E. Payne Elementary School is not the place for your child.
