I came to Sue in ‘14 after I was widowed. I told her, “I know nothing about taxes. My deceased husband always did them”. I gave her every receipt & document I had cuz I didn’t know what was important & what wasn’t. After she completed my taxes my boyfriend told me to ask her if she included my business expenses. She got very defensive. I didn’t know what to do because I had told her I knew nothing about taxes. I just recently got ‘14 redone by a NEW tax preparer & got THOUSANDS back from the IRS. Sue had really let me down.
