So disappointed with the lack of customer care and service of Ruff's. We ordered a Chesterfield in early September and were told 8 weeks for delivery and that that was supposedly better than usual. We waited 8 weeks, then 16 weeks, then really hoped to have it for Christmas and so I started calling more frequently. More often than not, my calls were not returned. Wouldn’t recommend. We purchased some furniture 2 weeks ago on the day. We inquired about it today for the first time since purchasing said furniture. We were told the sectional we purchased was in. So I went to pick it up. Upon waiting for load up, I go inside to check in, I notice the sectional I purchased wasn’t on the floor anymore. I didn’t think anything of it, I confirm with the lady (Corine) who sold us the furniture.. We went shopping to Ruff's and had awsome service with Jaclyn. She went out off her way in helping us. Highly recommend Ruff's furniture. Thks Jaclyn.
