The young girl was very helpful and was able to help me find some dog food that will helpfully work for my dogs sensitive stomach. Will definitely be back!
Not the friendliest staff…. The fish tanks were disgusting half of them were covered in algae….. half the fish in one tank were stuck dead to the filter… just because there fish doesn’t mean you don’t have to care for them. The lizard enclosure was way too small and there was hardly anything in it… there’s a parrot and he stuck in a small area with no real room at all. I hate to have to write this review but I would never go back for those reasons alone.
Improper care for animals, reptiles are kept in enclosures that are NOT okay, even for juveniles or temporary. Reptile carpet is being used, and they currently have an axolotl with nothing but water in the tank. This is not okay, especially for people who should know the proper care for animals they’re selling. Clearly do not care about the well being of animals and only care about the money aspect of things. Customer service is also not great at this location, do better!
Great pet store.
