My cat (Brian) had stopped eating and has been on a special diet for years because of skin issues. They recommended a different dry and wet food. He is now eating and hasn’t had any breakouts. Thanks you so much Ruffin’s. I wish I knew the name of the employee that helped me.
Jodi, Madi, Hailey and Lily are always so helpful and always have a smile on their face for me! The customer service is unbeatable! The store is small but surprisinly has all my needs and if they dont have it and are able they will definitely order it in for me! I go there on a regular basis and appreciate all they do for me. They rip you off,but it's ok. They just lost another customer. The Pet store on King Street is better and cheaper
I came into the store for the first time on a Wednesday evening. The store was so clean and well organized. I needed advice on how to cycle a new tank. Michelle gave me excellent information. She was so pleasant and helpful. Wonderful customer service, bravo! Not only will I be a returning customer, I will also be highly recommending this store! Thanks again to Michelle... everything worked out great!
