I came into the store for the first time on a Wednesday evening. The store was so clean and well organized. I needed advice on how to cycle a new tank. Michelle gave me excellent information. She was so pleasant and helpful. Wonderful customer service, bravo! Not only will I be a returning customer, I will also be highly recommending this store! Great selection of pet products with a very friendly staff. Good selection of aquarium supplies including some SeaChem stuff and they even have a little bit of aquascaping and aquatic plant foods.
I’m not too happy with my latest experience. I purchased glow fish about a week back now. Over the past few days i noticed a change with one of the fish. 2nd day after it was distancing itself from others, it had white spots, and wasn’t eating along with behavioural issues. I had one Other fish that also had a couple white spots. I took a water sample, as well as photos of my fish with the spots, since I purchased them here.
