Excellent! Susan simplified everything, very ethical and she listens and put us at ease. Highly recommend her.
Absolutely horrendous experience. Susan Ruffin was hopeless in assisting our family. She handled our case with no respect and took forever to communicate. In the end we discontinued our relationship and engaged with another firm in Wonthaggi who were terrific. I highly recommend you stay well away from this firm. Unfortunately to write a review one must give at least a one star rating. If I could I'd give negative 5 stars.
