Took 4 months to get my wheelchair. I understand it's custom and it takes time but everytime I spoke with someone it was a different answer. The first time I called they said it normal takes 4-6 weeks. The second time I called after waiting that long I was told he was having health issues and it would be sent out next week. If there was an option to leave 0 stars, that is exactly what we would do. Our frenchie became paralyzed in April of 2024. A close friend raved about this company, so we decided to go with them! We did the measurements and placed an order on April 27th, 2024. After a few weeks of nothing from the company, we decided to call. Unfortunately, you can only leave a message that never gets through to the actual person making the wheelchair. I am extremely disappointed in this company that took my money, BUT NEVER provided the wheelchair for my dog. I called after I ordered the chair to go over measurements, I did not receive a call back. After I completed the payments on Affirm, still no chair or phone call. As soon as I gave a negative review, I finally got a call to take down the negative review. This review will NOT be taken down, don’t bother to call. I just want the chair. If I could give this company 0 starts I would!! I had a terrible experience with this company! The worst part of it was that my dog suffered for their carelessness. We ordered a full support wheel chair that cost us 1000$ and We had been waiting for our wheel chair for over 4 months and the owner Dean would constantly tell us it’s coming and he will send it but we just kept waiting.
