What happened to the old people that worked there because the new ones dony know what they are doing or talking about. A couple girls in there talked about beating there children out loud and each have the most foul language that customers dont care to hear it makes me not want to shop there anymore and it used to be one of my favorite stores. Due to the manager taking leave in our area.we are sad disgusted and unable to enjoy shopping at our local Rue 21 anymore. They have foul mouths, no customer care, and discuss LOUDLY how they want to strangle their children. Just sad been big customers here since day 1 and even my teenage kids don't care to go in there anymore. Feeling disappointed

Rue 21 of Florence sucks. It never fails. Every time I walk in that store, someone gives me a dirty look and makes me feel uncomfortable. There's one guy that always seems to be working the cash register, and he has the worst attitude in the world. This is why I either buy my Rue clothes at their store in Athens or online. I cannot stress this enough - I avoid this store at all times.
